Mini (A-series) rocker cover seals
The standard rubber seals or grommets perrish quickly and soon start to leak. When this happens you are no longer able to torque the bolts enough to then seal the cork gasket. The 3D printed parts incorrporate 2 o-rings, one to seal the outside and one to seal the sleeve nut inself. The baulk of the part is solid and therefore able to transmit the torque from the bolts into the rocker cover ensuring the cork gasket seals properly to the head. These 3D printed products are printed out of carbon fibre nylon. Rocker cover fixings must be torqued to the factory setting of 3-4 lbft, over tighening may damage the parts.
