When converting to a distributorless ignition system the hole in block needs blanking off. This part uses an o-ring to create an air tight seal to the block. Its held in place using the factory clamp and bolt. You’ll probably notice that one of the surfaces is rough, this is due to this section having to be printed with a support, the surfce finish is compromised but this gets covered by the clamp.
